1. How to File a Takedown Notice

If you believe that material on our Service infringes your copyright, email us a notice containing all of the details below:

  1. Signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  2. Work Identified – A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Location of the Material – The URL or other information that allows us to locate the allegedly infringing content.
  4. Contact Details – Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Good-Faith Statement – A declaration that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy Statement – A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was mistaken—or that you have the right to use the material—send us a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your Signature – Physical or electronic (full legal name).
  2. Content Identification – A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. Good-Faith Statement – Under penalty of perjury, a statement that the content was removed due to error or misidentification.
  4. Contact Details & Service Consent – Your name, address, telephone number, email, and a statement that you consent to accept service of process from the original complainant.

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. Unless they file court action within 10–14 business days (or a longer period we deem appropriate), we may restore the content at our sole discretion.

3. Important Notes

  • Filing false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices can lead to legal consequences.
  • We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material without prior notice and may terminate repeat infringers.
